Please Note: We are a lead-referral service. We do not provide the physical labor for restoration services.
Your information is used solely to connect you with a qualified, independent restoration contractor in the Huntsville/Madison area. By submitting a form or calling our number, you explicitly consent to your data being shared with our local service partners.
3. Data Retention & Your Rights
Under 2026 US Privacy Laws, you have the right to request access to or deletion of your data. We retain call recordings for a period of 12 months for insurance verification purposes before they are permanently purged from our secure Twilio cloud storage.
